- Tamara: I came upon your article today by accident. I enjoyed the way that you covered the story. Your writing style made me feel like I was back in Bimini and right there with the Ellis family whom I know very well. Thank you! I was so moved by the tragedy just after the crash that I wrote a song for the family, "The Islands Cried". I gave it to Felix Sr and Jr at the funeral and a group of us sang it for a couple of hours at Piccolo Pete's bar that day. Since then I made a CD of nine songs that included the song and another tribute song "Compleat Angler". Anyway, if you are interested check them out at www.eddubois.com.
